WHAT DO WE DO?
The aim of these meetings is related with management purposes. All the project partner gathers in the same location to discuss several parts of the project implementation.
The meetings are scheduled at important milestones and are essential for the correct development of the project.
The kick-off meeting was the official start of the project. It is an extremely important meeting for the correct understanding and future development of the project, but also for the correct relationship among the project, that was the first time they gather together in person. This meeting was an ice-breaker among the partners, to create stronger relations.

As it was the initial meeting, the meeting started with an overview of the project, follow by some administrative tasks, as the final revision of the Partnership Agreements.
Location: Spain, La Vall d’Uixó
The intermediate meeting is scheduled at the mid-term of the project lifecycle. This meeting focused on the development of the project, reviewing the Quality Plan, and introducing changes if needed to make sure all the project objectives are met.
Date: 16/01/2023
This meeting took place one month before the mid-term report. For this reason, the main focus was to update all the partners about the status of the project, but also to go through all the supporting documents that need to be sent to the project coordinator to make sure the current information can be justified. This also allows the partners and the project coordinator to have a better control of all the budget and the fulfillment of their responsibilities.

This is the concluding meeting of the project. During this session, all information pertaining to the final report and justification of the project was discussed and analyzed. The focus was on uncovering the results of the project’s implementation in schools, assessing the impact of the project results generated throughout its duration, and studying relevant indicators.
